Charles F. Chaplin received an undergraduate degree in Business from Colorado State University in Fort Collins. In 2007, he earned a Juris Doctorate from the Nova Southeastern University, Shepherd Broad Law School. While in Law School, Mr. Chaplin clerked for a law firm exclusively focused on automobile insurance defense. After law school, Mr. Chaplin was hired as a litigator focused on defense of Bodily Injury and Personal Injury Protection suits. Mr. Chaplin has a proven track record of success at trial. He has tried bodily injury cases with an outstanding success rate.


While successfully trying cases from inception to verdict, Mr. Chaplin also worked with Special Investigation Units at various automobile insurance carriers, as well as law enforcement, to investigate and prevent insurance fraud. Some of the investigations Mr. Chaplin was involved in led to widespread arrest of a large number of co-conspirators who were involved in insurance fraud activities ranging from staging automobile accidents to billing auto insurers for services which were not rendered..


Mr. Chaplin is a member of the Florida Bar Association and is admitted to practice in the Southern District of Florida.
