The firm was founded in 1993 by senior partners Ileana Marcos and Brian Rothman. From the inception of the firm, the founding partners have emphasized individual client attention and service as our hallmark. As a result of focusing our efforts on our clients’ case handling philosophy and economic concerns, we have developed and maintained long-standing client relationships.
With a team of dedicated and experienced associates, paralegals and staff, the firm has flourished and grown. In 2005, the firm expanded to add David M. Goldstein as head of the firm’s liability division handling all aspects of insurance defense including subrogation, general liability, construction and trucking defense, coverage, excess coverage and premises liability throughout South Florida.
