Elizabeth M. Gasca, Administrative Professional, has worked in the legal field since 1983. For the last 28 years she has been the office administrator for Marcos Rothman et al. As Administrator, Elizabeth directly handles all financial matters such as client billing, accounts payable, payroll, and banking, and she oversees and supervises all administrative staff. Elizabeth takes pride in the smooth running of our offices for mutual continued growth and success.

Francina S. Encalada joined the firm as a worker’s compensation legal assistant in 2006. She began her legal assistant career in 2001 working for a Miami firm. She gained significant experience in both the workers compensation and personal injury fields though she chose workers compensation as her preferred area of practice. She joined our team in 2006 as the legal assistant to Brian Rothman. Francina became a Florida Registered Paralegal in 2009.
